Letter: to Captain Manuel Rodriguez / by Governor Arrillaga, 1810 May 2.

The manuscript deals with José Arrillaga's second term of office in California. After acknowledging paymaster Rodriguez's previous letters concerning the state of finances for the province, he complains that there has been very little clothing and food received this last year for the troops. He concludes his letter with a request that Rodriguez keep him informed about the finances.
